I will let you guys know if it starts to go to crap again but if you don't hear from me you can all assume it works. I still have to test it out thoroughly but from what I can tell it works perfectly. So what I did was turn off frame scaling (or DVR) and turn down my grass settings and those two settings alone made a HUGE improvement. With these settings the game ran at around 30 fps. I have looked up on the internet and while in some areas it is constant 60, other areas in particular ones with lots of grass, I dip down to 30-40 fps. Hey all, Just wondering what the best graphics settings were for a constant 60fps in 1080p on GTA 5 as I'm struggling heaps trying to find the sweet spot.
